Popsicle<\/strong> ist ein Open-Source USB-File-Flasher zum Beschreiben – parallel auch mehrerer – USB-Sticks. Die Bedienung ist denkbar einfach und intuitiv. Unterst\u00fctzt werden USB 2.x- und USB 3.x-Ger\u00e4te. Die ISO- und IMG-Images lassen sich mittels MD5-Pr\u00fcfsumme oder SHA256 \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Popsicle ist das offizielle USB-Flash-Tool der Pop!_OS Linux-Distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie beziehen das – im Vergleich zu etwa BalenaEtcher – leichtgewichtige Werkzeug als Flatpak mit folgendem Befehl im Terminal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

flatpak install flathub com.system76.Popsicle<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Auf der Projektseite steht auch ein AppImage<\/a> zur Verf\u00fcgung (ganz nach unten scrollen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Popsicle ist nun unter Men\u00fc -> System -> USB-Flasher aufrufbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
